Many people are involved in putting on a weekend. The most visible of these are the presenting teams who present and facilitate the weekend. But if that's not your strength, there are many other ways to get involved.

There are many organizational roles that need to be filled. Couples are needed to keep track of supplies and to do set-up and tear-down on the weekends. Other couples are needed to take a hospitality role, greeting engaged couples as they arrive at the retreat center and showing them to their rooms. Still others are called upon to pray for the weekends, and specifically for one couple making each weekend. There are many other creative ways to get involved. These are just a few.
